Hello, I am Paul Schreve, a sound editor and mixer based in Vernon, BC.

My journey started back in South Africa, Cape Town, where I attended school for Sound Recording Engineering at City Varsity. After completing my diploma, I had the chance to move to Canada where I attended an accelerated program in Calgary for Audio Engineering at The Academy Of Production and Recording Arts (APRA).

After I completed my certificate program at APRA, I started working as an audio engineer at The Beach Advanced Audio Inc and as instructor at APRA. Quite a bit of my time was dedicated to the school, ran out of The Beach Audio, but I had the opportunity to work on some stellar projects with some amazing people, learning more about the craft every step of the way.

After 9 years, I started my journey as a freelancer which has allowed for great opportunities to work with, not just one, but two great studios in Calgary on a regular basis, The Forge Audio and Propeller Studios Inc.

When the pandemic hit, it was time for another change, and we headed to the beautiful Okanagan, where I continue to strive for excellence as an audio-jack of all trades.

I believe in working closely with clients to ensure that together we create the ultimate vision for their project.

Audio is what makes our world come alive, it can overwhelm, lull to sleep and connect with our soul.
